A Bay Head Tradition Since 1890

For over a century, Mueller's Bakery has been more than just a bakery; it's a cornerstone of the community, a keeper of family recipes, and a place where memories are baked daily.

The Heart of the Family

Our story begins with German immigrant, Erric Mueller, who brought his passion for traditional baking to the Jersey Shore. He opened the doors with a simple promise: use the best ingredients, treat customers like family, and pour love into every loaf of bread and every crumb on the cake.

That promise has been passed down through five generations. While times have changed, our commitment to quality and community has not. We still use many of the original recipes, and you'll find the same dedication to craft in our bakers today as Erric had in 1890.

"It's about the smile on a kid's face when they get their favorite cookie, or the family that makes our crumb cake a part of their holiday tradition. That's why we do what we do."
